After booking a room online or by e-mail, the guest will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address provided by them, which contains information about the booking (place, time, price of the booking, payment method) and confirmation of the booking. Confirmation of booking means the conclusion of a rent agreement.
  4. In the event that the Guest makes a booking by phone, the confirmation of the booking will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Guest in the shape of a form confirming the booking and containing the following information: place, time, price of the booking, and method of payment.
  5. Confirmation of booking means the conclusion of a rental agreement.
  6. The basis for check-in of a Guest shall be a presentation of a photo ID to the front desk employee and signing the check-in card. The presentation of an identity document is necessary in order to conclude an agreement for the provision of services referred to in §2, as well as to ensure the safety of the Guests.
  7. An apartment can be hired for at least 1 hotel night, which shall constitute a minimum term of a rent agreement.
  8. The Guest may not transfer the room or share it without the consent of the Receptionist, even if the period for which they paid has not expired.

  10. The Palace Forge reserves the right to refuse to accept the Guest, including cancellation of their booking in the event that during the previous stay both the Guest and their accompanying persons and visitors grossly violated the Regulations, in particular by causing damage to the property of the hotel or the Guest, damage to the Guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the Palace Forge.

§3
CHARGES FOR SERVICES AND PAYMENT TERMS:

  1. The amount of the room rental fee for a stay is specified each time on the booking confirmation form received after booking or by telephone at the time of booking.
  2. The fee indicated in the price offer on the website and the booking form includes value-added tax and covers the fee for the stay of the number of persons specified in the agreement, together with the usual range of ancillary hotel services included in the stay. Additional fees and deposits may be added to the rental fee, as indicated in the agreement.
  3. The rental agreement does not include cleaning not covered by the hotel's schedule, the rental of a baby cot or the stay of a pet.
  4. Having made a booking, the Guest is obliged to pay a booking fee for the rental of the room to the bank account indicated in the amount specified in the confirmation of the booking, which constitutes part or all of the fee for the stay indicated in the booking.
  5. The rules of cancellation of a booking and refund of the paid booking fee are specified separately in the Rules of Changes and Cancellation of Bookings.
  6. The booking fee is only a charge for preparing the room and does not constitute a charge for staying in the room. The Palace Forge shall be entitled to unilaterally cancel the booking and the rent agreement in the event that the Guest fails to pay the booking fee by the specified deadline. Palace Forge may restore the booking in the event that the Guest pays the booking fee after the indicated date, provided it still has rooms available, but the room rented as a result of restoration in this manner may be different from the room originally booked.

  5. If the Guest does not check in by 11:00 of the last day of the stay, the guest may be charged an additional fee in the amount of the cost of one night's stay in the rented room. Charging this fee does not entitle the Guest to stay in the room or extend the concluded rent agreement.
